What we are looking for?

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science or related fields
• Excellent programming and analytical abilities, way above average
• At least 3-4 years hands-on experience in desktop or Internet applications development. Candidates with more experience are welcome to apply
  
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web standards
  
• Knowledge of Internet application development with open source technologies (Apache, MySQL, PHP, Java, Ruby on Rails, etc) will be a strong plus
• Self driven, strong desire to excel, ability to work independently, and lead other developers in the team
