- Responsible for the technology direction on the assigned projects in the web and mobile space.
- Be able to roll up the sleeves and drive the technology solutions with a team of awesome developers.
- Mentor the junior team members to grow into your shoes as you leap to the next higher challenge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and outstanding track record in solutions architecture.
- Ability to set technical vision and strategy, work on new challenging ideas, generate prototype and identify technology requirements for new products.
- Not afraid of diving into new technologies and proposing their use in existing projects.
- Years of experience in software development and/or architecture, where you were on the giving (and not taking) side of the equation.
- Experience working with teams in rapid delivery environment.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++ or Java, XML, relational databases, web technologies ( ASP.NET / PHP / RoR), Linux/Windows programming.
- A "get it done" attitude with a strong desire to excel.
- Ability to communicate well with coworkers and clients.
- Willing to occasionally travel to meet with clients.
