Location: Head Office
The Software Architect will be responsible for the technology direction on the assigned project(s). This role requires a background in diverse technologies with a track record of implementing best practices, communicating direction to key stakeholders including team members and clients, and projecting the company visibility in local and international markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and outstanding track record in solutions architecture.
- Ability to set technical vision and strategy, work on new challenging ideas, generate prototype and identify technology requirements for new products.
- Not afraid of diving into new technologies and proposing their use in existing projects.
- 5+ years experience in software development and/or architecture.
- Experience working with teams in rapid delivery environment.
- Knowledge of automated unit and system test strategies and framework.
- Strong knowledge of C/C++ or Java, XML, relational databases, web technologies ( ASP.NET / PHP / RoR), Linux/Windows programming.

- A "get it done" attitude with a strong desire to excel.
- Ability to communicate well with coworkers and clients.
- Willing to occasionally travel to meet with clients.
