Confiz is looking for an experienced Java architect with at least 3 years of experience. This is a high visibility position in which you are expected to interact with senior management and clients to design a solution architecture for a large scale Internet application with Java backend. Ideal candidate will have:

1. At least 3 years of experience with prior experience in a leadership role.

2. Excellent programming and analytical abilities

3. Thorough understanding of Java, J2EE, Javascript, XML, WebServices, CSS and Template based design.

4. Comfortable with DB's concepts eg, Triggers, Procedures, Functions with strong knowledge of relational databases.

5. Ability to quickly understand existing application

6. Experience of delivering successful large scale web applications.

7. Understanding of web application scalability issues and their resolutions
