Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy, aligning our Microsoft Data and AI solutions with the technical needs of clients.
  • Engage with clients in a consultative manner, comprehending their technical challenges, and proposing customized Microsoft Data and AI solutions.
  • Maintain a profound understanding of our Microsoft Data and AI products, staying updated on features, updates, and technical advancements.
  • Provide leadership to the sales team, offering guidance on solution architecture, technical demos, and effective client communication.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to craft compelling PoCs showcasing the value of our Microsoft Data and AI solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, case studies, and collateral supporting the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree or certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft tech stack is crucial; experience in selling modern data solutions using Microsoft technology is a vital requirement.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales role, specifically in Microsoft Data and AI solutions, with a track record of surpassing technical sales targets.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of Microsoft Data and AI technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a history of cultivating and guiding high-performing technical sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong network and relationship with sellers in Microsoft are highly desired.
