As the Client Partner for Digital Transformation initiatives, you will collaborate closely with various business stakeholders within our client organization, understanding their objectives, challenges, and vision for digital transformation. Your role will primarily focus on translating these insights into actionable strategies and tactical requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution.

Responsibilities:
• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including C-suite executives, department heads, and project managers.
• Collaborate with clients to define their digital transformation roadmap, leveraging industry best practices, market insights, and innovative technologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to articulate clear and comprehensive requirements for digital initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and priorities.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with digital transformation initiatives, proactively developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project success.
• Provide input and guidance to technical teams during solution design phases, ensuring that proposed solutions meet business requirements and align with industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and performance against defined objectives, addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise to ensure timely and successful delivery.
 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, digital transformation, product management, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital agency, consulting firm, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital transformation strategies, methodologies, and technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level business processes and systems, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to delivery, meeting or exceeding client expectations
