We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding Executive with 1-2 years of experience to help elevate our company's employer brand and attract top talent. As an Employer Branding Executive, you will support the development and execution of strategies that enhance our company's reputation as a great place to work. You will collaborate with HR, marketing, and other internal teams to create compelling content, engage employees, and drive our presence on social media platforms. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies that reflect our company's culture and values. 
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to understand our unique employer value proposition (EVP) and communicate it effectively. 
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities such as team-building events, internal communications, and company-wide programs to foster a positive work environment. 
  • Contribute to the creation and curation of content for various platforms, including careers websites, social media, blogs, and employee testimonials. 
  • Manage and maintain our company's social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Glassdoor. 
  • Work with internal teams to organize employee-focused initiatives and events that boost employee engagement and support employer branding efforts. 
  • Encourage employee advocacy and participation in employer branding activities. 
  • Track and analyze metrics related to employer branding campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employer branding and recruitment marketing. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, employer branding, or recruitment marketing. 
  • Familiarity with managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with various internal stakeholders. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Basic data analysis skills to track and report on the success of employer branding initiatives. 
  • Interest in employer branding and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
