We are seeking an HR Executive (Branding, Training & Communications) to assist the relevant department in managing the trainings and employer branding for our HR department. The candidate will report to HR Ops Manager and will perform duties related to but not limited to employer branding, content management and trainings. Responsibilities include:  

Job Description:

  • Plans and oversees the company's social media presence related to employer branding e.g. web.facebook.com/lifeatconfiz etc.

  • Content development for Social media in close working with the design team.

  • Highlights areas of improvement in employer branding (E.g. Glassdoor Score improvement).

  • Setting up and managing an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company.

  • Develop and manages recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, such as websites, direct mail and social media etc.

  • HR content improvement. (Career paths, JDs etc.)

  • Ensure proper execution of training plans for different training paths & cohorts.

  • Ensure that the employee on-boarding training process is executed as per the company’s policy.

  • Undertake any automation that can help improve training dissemination, monitoring, and effectiveness.

  • Assist in Training Material creation.

  • Ensure that all employees take the trainings which are mandated by their role and designation.

  • Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and using formal training needs assessments process.

  • Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs.

  • Keep employee training data and skills matrix updated.

  • Assist in all HR communications for masses.

  • Assist in organizing events like engagements, all hands etc.

  • Involve in other tasks as assigned by the HR Ops manager.

Requirements:  

  • At least a BS (4 years or 8 semester) Bachelor’s degree in business or preferably MBA (from a reputable university) with special focus on training management and branding.

  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.  

  • Great English speaking skills.

  • Great presentation skills.

  • 2 Experience in IT industry (Preferred) with major focus on training and branding.

  • Excellent MS Office skills (PPT, Excel).
