Confiz is recruiting for a Digital Account Executive to join our account management team. As a Digital Account Executive you will lead, manage, and orchestrate opportunities with our valued customers that produce high impact business outcomes. 

You will bring the best solutions for our customers by bringing together world class professional services, solutions, and talent available at Confiz. 

Job Responsibilities: 

For Confiz you will: 

  • Develop and Execute a closing plan for assigned Accounts including opportunities pipeline, resource needs, channel (Microsoft) co-sell status. 

  • Lead a healthy quarterly sales and revenue pipeline across multiple business areas of assigned Accounts. 

  • Own and Manage a complete Account snapshot including, leadership turn overs, organizational changes, tracking business focus areas, financial and business health, core transformation stakeholders, define R&R, scope and role criteria and accountabilities. 

  • Steer the team of program leads and project managers responsible for delivery of solutions and services to defined success KPIs. 

  • Ensure strong collaboration with Microsoft in sales pursuits within the Accounts. 

  • Own the P&L of the assigned Accounts and ensure effective reporting and financial tracking working closely with Finance and Delivery functions.

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years in an account executive or equivalent role selling enterprise software solutions and/or software implementation services 

  • Self-starter, comfortable delivering sales results in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment 

  • Demonstrable lifecycle experience of digital projects

  • Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing statements of work and similar agreements with customers 

  • College degree, preferably in IT, communications, commerce or business 

  • Strong growth mindset with ability to solve for difficult and complex business and customer challenges. 

  • Experience working with virtual teams across multiple geographic locations. 

A strong consulting, business and sales background, with extensive related experience is a preference.
