Confiz is looking for a Talent & Culture Executive with 3-5 years of relevant experience. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you! 

Responsibilities:

  • Help in developing and implementing talent and culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 
  • Assist in aligning & implementing Talent Management Processes with HR Technology.  
  • Help in developing and running Talent Review Processes in order to determine Organization’s talent maturity. 
  • Help designing Individual Development Plans/ Programs in order to ensure roll out with in the organization. 
  • Help in the development of HR strategies for succession planning (i.e. retaining of best talent within the organization) 
  • Do internal organizational research on quarterly basis and find the loopholes that needs improvement to maintain the Best Workplace Environment. 
  • Help in designing and launching new Performance Management System i.e. OKRs  
  • Craft policies for Talent Management 
  • Create an environment within the organization that every member is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution. 
  • Manage the talent and culture domain and ensure that it is aligned with the values, vision and mission of Confiz Limited. 
  • Maintain pay/salary policy structure and help the manager for better improvement by doing R & D. 
  • Help in developing Total reward solutions that enables organization to attract, acquire and retain best talent at Confiz. 

Requirements: 

  • Min Bachelor degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration from HEC recognized university. 
  • Excellent research skills. 
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintaining culture and talent. 
  • Tech savvy with excellent working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.  
  • Dynamic personality with passion to learn and growth, a person who always welcome change.
