The Position:  
Confiz is seeking a vibrant, go-getter Sales Executive to drive and extend our emerging consumer goods solutions portfolio to customers. This is a unique opportunity to deliver value and impact to the ever-evolving Retail and Consumer Goods vertical in their pursuit of digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our workplace productivity and business solutions practices built around the Microsoft products ecosystem to a defined market segment. 

Key responsibilities include: 

Sales Growth:   

  • Define and implement area sales strategy in partnership with practice teams. 
  • Qualify and build a healthy pipeline of customers with our industry partners.  
  • Drive sales goals through effective partner engagement, business development, internal collaboration, and market execution.  
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to deliver a predictable forecast across the year.  

Relationship Management:  

  • Develop strong working relationship with Microsoft and its various industry and account teams operating in the Retail vertical.  
  • Maintain a high-performance collaborative working relationship with internal stakeholders.  
  • Partner with Marketing and Practice teams to continuously evolve the solution’s GTM. 

Subject matter expertise:   

  • Continuously develop and inject comprehensive and up to date industry and technology knowledge into our business. 
  • Work with Marketing to enable content – articles, win-wires – to support our customer acquisition and engagement activities.  
  • Identify new and upcoming cloud platforms/features that can be added to the mix of services offered to ensure we maintain competitive advantage  

Job Requirements:  

  • Sales background, with 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams in Software & Cloud Services organizations 
  • Proven sales expertise, with a track record of consistently meeting & exceeding sales targets. 
  • Demonstrable sales excellence discipline​ 
  • Experienced in sales methods & processes​. 
  • Proven track record of selling into regionally dispersed customers.  
  • Deep understanding of Retail/Consumer Goods vertical and the structure and challenges of companies.  
  • Knowledge and experience with selling into IT and Business organization within a company.  
  • A winning attitude with results-driven hunger for personal and professional growth.  
  • Strong customer relationship and consultative selling skills  
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills  
  • Minimum 3 years of solutions sales experience within US.
