Confiz is looking for Culture and Employer Branding Executive 1-3 years of relevant experience. Candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that will help our diverse and dedicated team to succeed and contribute to the organization's mission.
Plan engagement and development programs and create employee value proposition.
Plan, execute and optimise employer branding strategies, initiatives and campaigns.
Manage digital presence including social media channels.
Hold others accountable regarding employee interactions and cultural standards.
Apply best practices and approaches from brand marketing, digital media and communications.
Promote and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms.
Identify gaps and provide input into organization-wide policies, procedures, and practices to ensure all efforts continue to support a culture of DEI.
Monitor and track team member engagement while identifying and implementing ways to improve personnel experience.
Act as a cultural steward; work with team members at all levels to further develop overall capability to foster a healthy, cohesive, collaborative and equitable workplace.
Plan and manage the budget for employer branding activities.
Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to enhance our employer brand and relationships with external partners such as universities, associations and communities to establish a talent network and talent community and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, high student profiles & influencers.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or Marketing from a reputed university.
2-3 years hands-on experience in Employer Branding or Talent Acquisition/HR, Marketing (IT industry is preferable)
Well versed in using LinkedIn and Glassdoor, with good understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Excellent communication, time management & strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people across- team, locations, cultures and levels within the company.
