Confiz is looking for a technology-oriented Account Executive, who can manage and grow our business with a multi-billion retail customer in the Bentonville, AR area. As a Customer Partner, you will lead, manage and create opportunities with our valued customers that produce high-impact business outcomes. 


Responsibilities: 

  • To develop strong relationships with key stakeholders - Business and Execution - on the customer side and deliver the assigned strategic, revenue, and growth targets. 

  • To identify opportunities of growth within existing customers and close them in liaison with the execution/delivery team. 

  • To ensure that the customers’ expectations and requirements are properly understood by the delivery team and that the work produced meets or exceeds customers’ expectations. 

  • To help the software delivery team build capabilities that are aligned with the evolving needs of the customers. 

  • To ensure and extend deeper and stronger relationships across the customer organization built on mutual trust and value. 

  • To work lock-step with internal partners to elevate the positioning of Confiz within the customer organization. 
     

The ideal candidate: 

  • Proven track record of building and managing significant size relationships as a technology solution provider with large enterprises. 

  • Proven experience of having managed delivery of software projects in coordination with a software development team. 

  • Be technically hands-on to an extent where he/she can effectively participate in technical conversations with team and customers. 

  • Have (in the best case) strong subject matter expertise in Retail or at minimum exposure to/strong inclination to Retail vertical and how large retail enterprises operate. 

  • Show ability to take risks, be ambitious, and be an avid self-starter. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

  • 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
