What you would be expected to do/bring

  • Work with senior leaders in customer organization to clearly understand the client business as well as what are the key priorities for different business leaders in the client organization.
  • Suggest/define tangible/quantitative measures (metrics) of success for initiatives that Confiz is driving
  • Understand details of how our solutions produce value for our customers and work with technical teams to define roadmap that accelerates value for our customer.
  • Work with different stakeholders in client organization to balance conflicting priorities and align on a common roadmap for the client organization.
  • Present and promote business value produced by our solutions to executive leaders in the client organization to enhance Confiz image as a value focused technology partner
  • Identify any issues that potentially impact Confiz business with our customers and effectively engage Confiz leadership to address such matters proactively.

What we are looking for in successful candidates:

  • Proven track record of envisioning and managing technology/digital roadmaps involving business applications at multi-billion dollar companies. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing customer success.
  • Experience of effectively engaging with C-level executives.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM is a big plus
