The purpose of the role is to provide support and contribute to the design, plan and delivery of our Total Rewards programs. Take a deep dive into People Analytics and create data driven solutions. Develop understanding of organization’s policy framework and focus on creating, updating, communicating and creating awareness around them in the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • People data analysis to provide meaningful and strategic data insights that drive actionable results.
  • Preparation of dashboards and reports for stakeholders which create engaging data visualizations.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to leverage people data to deliver business objectives.
  • Support in salary surveys and benchmark salaries on a global scale.
  • Support in preparation of People Policies to ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
  • Provide support in planning, proposing & execution of annual salary review cycle.
  • Liaison with business partners and other people functions to support manage benefits administration.
  • Develops engaging communication materials which educate employees about benefits plans and initiatives and ensures information available on systems is accurate.
  • Provide support in evolving total rewards in a competitive talent landscape with changing workplace dynamics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and have a creative mindset to develop innovative solutions to improve processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
