We are seeking an experienced Project Management and Accounting Senior Functional Consultant of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate should possess deep industry and product knowledge, particularly in the Project Management and Accounting module, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and deliver value-generating solutions aligned with best practices.


  • Can deliver end to end Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations around PMA single handedly with completed ownership, from pre-sales to requirements gathering, analysis, system configuration, quality assurance, testing, training, support and ongoing solution evolution.

  • Strong industry and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations product knowledge around Project Management and Accounting Module.

  • Work with clients and internal project teams to gather deep understanding of business needs, advise, set right business expectations, and crisp communication for the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

  • Design sustainable, value-generating solutions leveraging proven practices of Dynamics 365FO implementations.

  • Accountable for the proposed solution (architecture, to-be processes) and realization of proposed solution.

  • Perform fit/gap analyses between standard Dynamics 365 functionality and communicate accurate, customer-facing estimates for proposed solutions.

  • Communicate crisp technical requirements to developers for customizations and cross platform integrations.

  • Ensure proper documentation of client solutions, including functional and technical design documents, test scripts, and user training materials.

  • Lead user acceptance testing sessions and ensure proper documentation of results and manage implementation process and change requested as necessary.

  • Work hand in hand with Project governance team /program managers to ensure successful implementations, ensure meeting business expectations on time and on budget.

  • Keep up-to-date on new Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations features and functionality and help to create client-facing summaries and campaign plans with marketing team.

  • Coach and mentor team members in knowledge sharing, implementation methodologies and best practices.


  • Holds Bachelor’s/Master degree, preferably in PMA, Supply Chain, Accounts or Information Technology

  • Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated work experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

  • Has a proven track record of successfully delivering 3 to 5 large scale, complex, full life-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Project Management and Accounting module along with related financial and SCM touch points

  • Cross-functional knowledge of SCM and Finance modules is a plus.

  • Have a non-stop drive to go out of comfort zone to guarantee an end-to-end solution.

  • Understanding of Life Cycle Services (LCS), Microsoft Sure Step, and Microsoft trends and specific best practices is a must.

  • Fluent in English and have strong communication, business advisory, leadership, team collaboration, and presentation skills.
