We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Inside Sales Specialist, you will be critical in driving our sales efforts and achieving revenue targets. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth, and achieve monthly revenue targets and occupancy targets.
  • Manage the pipeline of inbound leads, assess their requirements, recommend the right product, and communicate our value proposition succinctly.
  • Schedule calls with qualified leads, close deals, and support the onboarding process of new users.
  • Refine and improve the inbound sales process, our CRM, sales documents, and automated workflows to improve the sales conversion funnel.
  • Forge collaborative relationships with pivotal entities within the Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM network to fortify our value proposition to users and elevate the offerings.
  • Provide onboarding support for new customers, continue to engage our users, and achieve renewal targets.
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts of pipeline opportunities and prepare relevant sales reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, product, and community teams to enhance the value proposition and user experience.
  • Be a positive Confiz ambassador, and confidently communicate our value proposition and services to existing and new customers and other stakeholders in the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven inside sales experience in the software development or IT outsourcing industry (Good to have experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM environment)
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to develop sales strategy and identify key prospects for pipeline building
  • Identify potential partners for vertical acquisition and lead generation
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and clients.
  • Strong execution of prospecting cadence and ability to creatively refine it as needed
  • A curious person who always listens and asks questions in conversations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment
