This job involves overseeing and managing the company's social media presence across various platforms, crafting content strategies aligned with corporate goals, and creating diverse content while ensuring brand consistency. Proficiency in social media platforms, organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram, developing and executing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Create diverse content and develop monthly content plans, ensuring alignment with the brand’s image and messaging guidelines.
  • Identify key media outlets, manage press release distribution, and communicate key announcements and initiatives to enhance brand visibility in target markets.
  • Planned and executed various corporate events, managing logistics, guest lists, and event agendas while leveraging digital media for promotion and engagement.
  • Streamline internal communication processes, develop standardized email templates, and lead the production of the internal company newsletter.
  • Develop and manage a company newsletter for external stakeholders, ensuring consistent branding and professional design.
  • Actively participate in the CSR committee, promoting CSR partnerships on digital channels and producing compelling multimedia content.
  • Implement and maintain a dashboard to track social media, PR, and corporate communication performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate communications, social media management, and event planning.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in CSR initiatives and media relations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
