Senior Video Editor

We’re looking for a talented Senior Video Editor to join our growing marketing team. This position requires passion, dedication, and a commitment to deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

• Able to create story/ mood boards, shoot, and edit videos for employer and corporate brand
• Have idea to create adapts for each social media channel
• Able to enhance & elevate the overall with storytelling with compelling motion graphics and animation.
• Implement visual effects (VFX) to enhance the creativity and impact of videos.
• Improve Confiz’s visual brand identity, ensuring uniformity across all video materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing & People & Culture team to create engaging video content for events, campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Handle multiple video projects simultaneously, guaranteeing timely and high-quality completion.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in video production to ensure content remains fresh and innovative.
• Fully understand the requirements and specifications of creative briefs.
• Edit both short and long-format videos, including tasks such as sound mixing, color correction, and adding titles and graphics.
• Display proficiency in using Adobe Premiere and After Effects, along with a working knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Skillfully handle cameras to effectively shoot and direct video projects.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for video production and editing.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a video content creator/ editor with a robust portfolio around motion design & VFX projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of motion graphics, animations, and VFX tools.
• Excellent skills in camera operation and experience in filming and directing videos.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends and integrating new techniques and tools.
