The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to executive management in daily tasks such as managing communications, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating with various departments.The position requires assisting leadership in strategic projects, including market research and analysis, while also handling travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative assistance to executive management on daily routine tasks such as communications, organizing meetings, minutes of meetings, responding emails, sending reminders etc. 
  • Follow-up and coordination with different Teams/Departments for the completion of various tasks & assignments. 
  • Assist leadership in planning and execution of strategic projects which would typically involve market research & analysis. 
  • Prioritize and follow up on various tasks and initiatives. 
  • Prepare complex correspondence, reports and presentations. 
  • Prepare expense reports using software/tools. 
  • Process visas, make travel and accommodation arrangements. 

Requirements: 

  • Process Oriented, Proactive, Well-organized and have great time management skills. 
  • Discretion and confidentiality.  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.  
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, flexibility to adjust to rapidly changing situations, be very detail oriented. 
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a well-written manner. 
  • Tech-savvy with excellent working knowledge of MS outlook and office 365. 
  • MBA/BBA degree from any well-reputed university. 
  • At least 6 months-1 year work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
