Power Platform Administrator and Support Specialist

The Power Platform Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the Microsoft Power Platform suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to ensure the effective use and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective environment strategies for optimized Power Platform usage for Citizen and Pro developers.

  • Establish and configure Power Platform environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance within a tenant.

  • Monitor the performance and usage of Dataverse environments, including optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform licensing and provisioning strategies for cost-effective deployment.

  • Utilize PowerShell for automating administrative tasks and managing Power Platform environments.

  • Set up and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to ensure data security and compliance.

  • Implement security best practices for managing data and applications within Power Platform.

  • Monitor and optimize performance of Power Platform solutions.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.

  • Develop and regularly update Knowledge Base (KB) articles in ServiceNow to ensure accurate and helpful content for end-users.

  • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates, recommending adoption where appropriate.

  • Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users encountering Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate issues.

  • Working with our customers and helping support their End-to-End Power Platform Operations.

  • Working with Confiz leaders in the low code space and translating their vision and guidance on how to best approach customers problems.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services and functionalities.

  • Strong understanding of data management, security protocols, and compliance standards.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Proven 10+ experience as a Power Platform Administrator or similar role.
