Confiz is looking for a Procurement Executive to assist in managing procurement needs and responsibilities and monitoring inventory levels. We are looking for someone who has great negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the procurement process.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for cost savings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
