Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. The ideal candidate is a blend of analytical and creative prowess, adept at understanding user requirements and adeptly solving design challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to implement and iterate on designs.
• Create visually appealing and consistent designs that align with the brand and enhance the overall user experience.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze usability test results and adjust designs accordingly.
• Build interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to demonstrate and test design concepts.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in UX design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 4-5 years as a UX designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of front-end development and its impact on design decisions.
• Knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards.
