Role Overview:
This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence within business growth team by supporting the rhythm of business activities, collaborating with Customer Success Managers, and Business Growth leaders. The Business Growth Analyst will manage critical business growth operations, including optimizing the use of tools used for forecasting, managing partner incentive programs, and ensuring data accuracy across territories, quotas, and account movements. You will play a vital role in key business growth processes that have a direct financial impact, providing insights and validation to streamline decision-making.
In this role, you'll work with business leaders to define and answer key operational questions and leverage your analytical skills to deliver meaningful insights that drive process improvements. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and structured, with a passion for creating scalable solutions to complex challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Tools, Systems & Processes: Manage the tools, systems, and processes required to support business growth and support in achieving the revenue objectives.
- Collaboration with Business Growth Leadership: Partner with business growth leaders to establish ambitious, achievable goals for the business growth organization and create frameworks for reporting, analysing, and measuring progress.
- CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring proper management of territory assignments, account routing, revenue flow, and quotas for the business growth teams.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with business growth teams, customer success and account managers and other stakeholders to refine tools and processes that increase business growth productivity and streamline workflows.
- Incentive Program Ownership: Manage and document the rewards/incentive system for the Partner Program, directly contributing to revenue growth.
- Process Risk Management: Serve as the checkpoint for financially impactful business growth activities, including proposal reviews, cost validation, and ensuring acceptable gross margins.
- Ad Hoc Analysis & Projects: Prepare ad hoc performance analyses and support projects that drive business growth excellence and productivity improvements.
- Quantitative Performance Analysis: Own the performance analysis of the business growth team, using data to continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in channel planning, sales operations or business process analysis.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (experience with PipeDrive is a strong plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional teams.
