Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to lead and manage AI-focused projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing AI-driven initiatives, excellent communication skills, and experience in programmatic media (bonus). You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage AI projects, particularly those involving Gen AI and LLMs, from initiation through execution to delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, present project updates, and manage expectations.

• Oversee model development, testing, and deployment, ensuring that LLM solutions are optimized for performance and effectiveness.

• Drive innovation and explore new Gen AI and LLM applications, identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhanced business value.

• Manage programmatic media-related activities when applicable, optimizing AI models for digital marketing and media campaigns.

• Implement and manage governance frameworks and best practices for AI projects, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.

• Track project metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and report findings to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on AI projects, including experience with Gen AI and LLMs.

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end AI projects, from concept to deployment.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and frameworks, such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, or similar platforms.

• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including leading Scrum teams and managing sprints.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus: Experience in programmatic media and leveraging AI for digital marketing strategies.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of data governance, security protocols, and compliance related to AI and ML projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
