As a UX Designer, you’ll transform complex challenges into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. From user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, you'll create seamless and engaging interactions. Using user-centered design and innovative technology, you'll deliver solutions that are both functional and impactful.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.
- Communicate the user experience through various stages of the design process, including wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
- Advocate for the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and projects.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, iterating on designs to meet user needs and behaviors.
- Design across platforms, ensuring consistency and responsiveness across web and mobile applications.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and capabilities—particularly in wireframing and prototyping.
- Proficiency in Figma: Must be highly adept at using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design.
- Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Problem-solving mindset: Ability to approach design challenges with user-centered solutions and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Attention to detail: Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and functionality requirements.
- Experience with Accessibility Standards: Familiarity with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) to create inclusive designs for all users.
- Multiple platform experience: Experience designing across web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency and responsiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership on complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and design limitations for mobile and desktop platforms.
