We are seeking an enthusiastic P&C Intern to support the full recruitment cycle, including advertising positions, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining hiring dashboards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Advertise vacant positions across various job portals
  • Head hunting, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Conduct telephone screenings for shortlisted candidates and handle interview logistics
  • Support the maintenance of weekly hiring dashboards
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager
  • Conduct Research for any ongoing projects 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a specialization in HR)
  • Confident and pleasant personality
  • Quick learner with the ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
