Confiz is seeking a passionate ERP Senior Director Professional Services to lead its Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Practice, with 12+ years of experience. This role demands a leader with a strategic mindset and is expected to perform the job with minimal supervision. He receives full leadership support to lead and manage his program operations ranging from hiring and retaining talent, winning customer sentiment through the highest quality of delivery and ensuring desired financial results at the end.

Job Summary

The Director will oversee functional consultants and architects, build high-performing teams, establish efficient processes, and mentor leaders to ensure operational excellence and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

Define and implement delivery processes, aligning with company and client goals.
Build and inspire a team of functional consultants and solution architects.
Develop strategies to ensure high-quality delivery and maintain customer trust.

Solution Design and Architecture:

Design scalable and secure solutions tailored to client needs.
Analyze business processes and align them with D365 capabilities.
Lead the development of custom features to address gaps in the platform.

Pre-sales Support:

Support sales teams by scoping engagements, crafting proposals, and delivering technical presentations.
Provide estimates for timelines, resources, and costs to support sales efforts.

Operational Excellence:

Manage project financials, ensuring alignment with gross and net margin targets.
Diagnose complex technical and business challenges to propose innovative solutions.
Always looking for innovative ideas to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Team Development and Mentorship:

Set career goals for junior colleagues, conduct reviews, and advocate for their growth.
Serve as a role model, exemplifying leadership and problem-solving excellence.
Experience of forecasting, projections, hiring and firing of resources.

Customer Engagement:

Build trust-based client relationships and oversee successful project delivery.
Contribute directly to project success as needed.
Experience of client management and Steering Committee meetings for large clients.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or MBA.

Experience:

• 12+ years managing ERP implementations with expertise in the Microsoft Ecosystem.
• Significant experience in pre-sales support, solution design, and global ERP delivery.
• Overseas experience is an advantage.
