Confiz is looking for a Workplace Executive having 3+ experience. Based on the expertise, exceptional candidates may be entrusted with additional responsibilities. Apply if you consider yourself among the very best and are seeking challenge.

Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and security
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility management activities
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in facility management
  • Provide administrative support to all the divisions/ events/ functions organized by Confiz on required basis.
  • Ensure safe custody and upkeep of Confiz assets held on the charge of Workplace & Community.
  • Search out new workplaces as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/ master’s degree from a reputed university in related discipline
  • Must have good communication skills 
  • Must have the ability to effectively use the lower ranked staff 
  • Hardworking, punctual, honest & well mannered 
  • A friendly and professional tone and actions are vital in this role 
  • Proficient with MS Office, well versed with overall computer operations having good speed 
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA is a plus
