Technical Content Writer

Confiz is looking for Technical Content  Writer with 2+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Cloud Computing, Data and AI, and Software Development. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative technical content that educates and informs our audience.

Responsibilities: 

• Write SEO optimized content to promote our products & services  
• Work together with different departments to curate an audience-specific content calendar 
• Produce content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers  
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud, data, AI, and software development.
• Develop different content types, including emails, social media posts/captions, blogs, and whitepapers, case studies, thought-leadership articles, landing pages, press releases, video scripts, etc.  
• Work with design team to ensure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content 
• Research industry-related topics by combining web sources, interviews and studies
• Proofreading articles before publication 
• Creating a robust content generation engine with streamlined processes and transparent reporting 

Requirements:   

• Proven experience as a technical content writer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in cloud computing, data management, AI, and software development.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data analytics, machine learning, and software development methodologies.

• Exceptional English language; written and verbal communication skills, with superb ability to translate ideas into clear, compelling messaging 
• Strong editing and proofreading skills. Ability to take feedback positively and bring continuous improvement in content quality.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems 
• Prior experience working on technology communications a plus 
• Knowledge of SEO
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
• Bachelor’s degree from top tier university preferably in English, Marketing, CS or equivalent 
• 2+ years of working experience in a digital environment, B2B technology company or a marketing/advertising agency would be preferred
