We are looking for an HR professional with knowledge of payroll, benefits, and tax compliance, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in HRMS systems (preferably Decibel) and MS Office.

Responsibilities.

  • Prepare, update, and maintain employee records, demonstrating a good understanding of payroll processing and ensuring its effective management
  • Manage employee clearance reports and ensure timely and accurate processing of final settlements.
  • Process and manage employee expense claims with precision and efficiency.
  • Administer and oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and related processes.
  • Maintain employee personnel data with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and all statutory requirements.
  • Handle the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off-boarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Support and coordinate HR audits to evaluate policy implementation, process adherence, and overall HR effectiveness.
  • Assist with the annual insurance renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Collaborate on the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR operations and management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, benefits administration, and tax compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS systems, preferably Decibel.
  • Must have a basic understanding of finance and possess strong numerical skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a sharp and dynamic personality to address challenges effectively.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
