Functional Solution Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Solution Architect with healthcare experience to guide our clients through complex Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementations. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, customer engagement, and project delivery capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in architecting solutions, leading implementation teams, and ensuring our services meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Implementations: Direct end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations projects, from pre-sales demonstrations and requirement gathering through to solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Architect scalable and robust solutions, integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems as required. Ensure the solution meets all business and technical requirements while adhering to best practices.
• Client Engagement and Advisory: Serve as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and delivering solutions that align with their strategic objectives. Build and maintain strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
• Project Leadership and Team Management: Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets. Lead and mentor teams, ensuring high levels of performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Technical Documentation and Compliance: Produce detailed documentation including design documents, test scenarios, and deployment guides. Ensure all project deliverables meet compliance and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new features and enhancements within the Dynamics 365 platform and related technologies, translating this knowledge into improved solutions and practices.

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Accounting and Finance.
• Certified Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert or similar. Willingness to pursue further certification as needed.
•  Minimum of 10 years in ERP, with at least 7+ years dedicated to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Documented success in at least five large-scale, full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations. Has
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules. Skilled in Success by Design & Microsoft Sure Step methodology and familiar with Life Cycle Services (LCS).
• Candidates should have extensive experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of KSA business regulations, especially for the financial consultant role.
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage, provided the candidates excel in the first two criteria.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to lead complex projects and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and client executives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams, driving them to deliver exceptional results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adjust to changing priorities and client needs.
• Deep understanding of local customs and business practices in KSA. Experience in engaging with stakeholders where Arabic is the preferred language.
