Confiz, a global leader in enterprise technology consulting, is seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Vice President - Digital to lead and shape digital initiatives. This role is instrumental in driving digital transformation through Intelligent user experiences, innovative product strategies, and a deep understanding of digital landscape.

The ideal candidate should have an extensive experience in digital transformation, UX, product management, and digital agency dynamics, capable of orchestrating cross-functional teams and delivering impactful solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define and implement a digital vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and business goals.
    • Advocate for digital transformation and user-centric approaches across the organization.
    • Partner with executive leadership to integrate digital initiatives into the overall business strategy.
  • Team Building and Development
    • Build and lead a high-performing digital team, including UX designers, product managers, developers, and strategists.
    • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to support end-to-end digital initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • User Experience Leadership
    • Drive the creation of intuitive, consistent, and impactful intelligent user experiences across digital platforms.
    • Establish and maintain design systems and UX guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
    • Champion the integration of user research and usability testing into the product lifecycle.
  • Product Strategy and Execution
    • Strategize and build best in class end-to-end product development process, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps with business goals and user needs.
    • Oversee the development of digital products and services that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Digital Transformation
    • Leverage experience in agency environments to manage client relationships and lead digital transformation vertical.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, communicating the value of digital initiatives and building strong partnerships.
  • Innovation and Industry Leadership
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital strategy, intelligent user experiences, product design and strategy.
    • Drive innovation by exploring new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Design, Technology, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a proven track record in UX, product management in a digital agency or business consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in delivering impactful digital products and user experiences.
  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, agile methodologies, and product development processes.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms relevant to digital strategy, UX design, and product management.
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems and their implications for digital solutions.
  • Experience managing global, multi-language, and multi-platform digital products.
  • Certifications in UX, digital strategy, or related disciplines are preferable.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and analytics platforms.
  • Background in consulting or enterprise technology environments.
