We are seeking a QA Engineer to test and analyze third-party API integrations, ensuring seamless backend performance. This role requires technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and proactive communication to collaborate across teams and partners globally.

Responsibilities

  • Test 3rd party APIs using Postman or similar tool
  • Analyze 3rd party API documentation
  • Identify inconsistencies, problems or ambiguities in the API behavior
  • Communicate with partners to troubleshoot issues
  • Communicate technical updates to internal stakeholders in a timely fashion
  • Monitor existing API integrations for problems - analyze logs, build dashboards,check queues, etc.
  • Help with planning & prioritizing

Requirements

  • 5+ years working experience in professional environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities, setting expectations with stakeholders
  • and be a driving force
  • Experience with Postman
  • Experience with testing or using REST & SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of JSON & XML
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Excellent time management skills and desire to work across time zones (big part of
  • tech team is in USA) – be able to overlap till 9pm (PKT)
  • Experience with Python or any other scripting language
  • Experience with Datadog / Seq / Scalyr or other log analysis tool
