E2E QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled end-to-end QA/Test Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications and systems by conducting thorough end-to-end testing. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in automation and manual testing, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain end-to-end test cases, test plans, and scripts to validate business workflows
• Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing to ensure that all system components, including front-end interfaces, back-end processes, databases, APIs, and integrations, work together as expected
• Ensure that user journeys, business logic, and system interactions are functioning correctly across multiple platforms and devices
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms and environments
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools
• Automate test scenarios using appropriate tools and frameworks to enhance test efficiency
• Ensure test coverage across various test phases, including UAT, SIT, and performance testing
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Provide detailed reports on test execution, defects, and overall system quality
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on end-to-end testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or equivalent tools.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or Gatling is a plus.
• Experience working with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating tests within DevOps workflows.
• Knowledge of databases and ability to perform SQL queries for data validation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Good to have:

• ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
• Experience in telecom, finance, or e-commerce industries.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber or SpecFlow.
