Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition partners and recruiters. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. 

The Candidate will be working with offshore teams, based in the US from 09:00 AM CST to 06:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. 
• Facilitate communication with candidates, providing updates and answering queries. 
• Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire documentation and background checks. 
• Track and manage job information, interview schedules, feedback, and hiring pipeline updates to ensure accurate record-keeping. 
• Maintain talent pipelines by engaging with passive candidates and tracking potential hires. 
• Collaborate with People team and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience. 
• Generate recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and effectiveness. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 6 Months - 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or a related role. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) are essential skills 
• Multi-tasking & go-getter attitude with high work ethics. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Willing to work from 09:00 AM CST to 06:00 PM CST
