We are looking for a highly skilled Azure & Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to provide technical support to end-users in the US region (CST time zone) and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure administration, Microsoft 365 management, and system administration. This role requires proactive troubleshooting, technical expertise, and the ability to resolve IT issues efficiently while ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
-
Provide L2/L3 technical support for end-users in the US region (CST time zone).

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, etc.) and Azure AD, VMs, Networking, and Security.

Handle service requests, incidents, and escalations related to Azure and Microsoft 365.

Assist users with account management, access permissions, and security policies.

Microsoft 365 Administration:
-
Manage and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.

Monitor and enforce Microsoft security policies, MFA, conditional access, and DLP.

Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant settings based on business needs.

Azure Administration & Cloud Management:
-
Manage and monitor Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure AD, networking, and storage.

Implement and support Azure policies, governance, security best practices, and compliance.
-
Work on Azure Identity & Access Management (IAM), role-based access control (RBAC), and MFA enforcement.

System Administration & IT Operations:
-
Manage Active Directory (On-Prem and Azure AD Sync) and Windows Server environments.

Perform patching, monitoring, and maintenance for critical IT systems.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Requirements:
- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing technical support, managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, and handling system administration tasks, preferably in an IT services environment supporting international clients.

Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune).

Hands-on experience with Azure services (VMs, Networking, Azure AD, Security).

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.

Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access Policies.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in the CST time zone.

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions

Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert

Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) (optional but preferred)
