Software Engineer IV- Full Stack

CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in both backend and frontend development. This role requires close collaboration with US-based teams, including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to build solutions focused on logistics and inventory systems.

Requirements:

Design, development, testing, documentation, data analysis, and on-call support during working hours.
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and reliable software applications following best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
Maintain high coding standards through code reviews and best practices.
Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing.
Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Apply secure coding practices to ensure system integrity and prevent vulnerabilities.
Create and maintain technical documentation to support effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Proficiency in Java is required.
Experience with Spring Boot framework.

Skills:

RESTful architecture and microservices
Strong experience with SQL
Proficiency in JavaScript and React
Backend development using Java and Spring Boot
Familiarity with NodeJS and modern JavaScript ecosystems

Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP preferred)
Kubernetes and containerization (preferred)
Messaging technologies (Kafka preferred)
CI/CD pipelines
Logging and monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk)
