We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of multiple projects across staff augmentation, fixed-cost, and time & materials (T&M) models. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resource allocation, supporting leadership in project planning, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating multiple projects across staff augmentation, fixed-cost, and T&M models
  • Support leadership in the preparation of sales proposals, project plans, timelines, budgets, and documentation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure alignment
  • Doing talent bookkeeping which includes keeping track of resources allocated to projects and the resources who are awaiting project allocations
  • Arranging trainings for bench resources to help employees develop their skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining an up-to-date collection of resumes of all resources available on bench
  • Maintaining an up-to-date skillset database of employees
  • Coordinating with HR to source talent from vendors
  • Converting candidate resumes to standard organizational template
  • Coordinating with sales team to provide talent for interviews with prospective customers
  • Ensuring availability of talent for interviews with prospective customers as per the schedule
  • Managing onboarding of talent with customers in staff augmentation model in both offsite and onsite positions
  • Assist in logistical arrangements for customer visits
  • Develop accurate reports by gathering, analyzing, and visualizing various datasets using Microsoft Excel
  • Develop high quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Conduct surveys within organization and report results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in any of software development, quality assurance, project management, project coordination
  • Must be able to communicate in English fluently
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of Excel functions and formulas
  • Excellent data analysis and visualization skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Nice-to-have: proficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Must be flexible to create time overlap with stakeholders in US time zone in their morning hours
  • Must have the attitude to go above and beyond
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
