Senior Key Account Manager

The Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships across approximately 15 mid-sized accounts based in Pakistan. This role requires strong client-facing skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across Dynamics 365, Data & AI, and custom development services.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Drive account planning and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Coordinate with delivery, presales, and marketing for proactive client engagement
• Maintain account health metrics and retention performance
• Support renewals and account growth initiatives in collaboration with other teams

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in account management or enterprise sales in technology or consulting
• Must have experience of working in a technology or tech consulting organization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a strong plus
• Strong understanding of retail industry in Pakistan will be a strong plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working with delivery teams and balancing internal coordination with external communication
• A candidate who is naturally relationship-oriented, but with the discipline to follow through on commercial goals, reporting, and forecasting
