Confiz is seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep experience in AI-driven digital product strategy to support a key client in the telecommunication space. This consultant will lead the strategic vision, prioritization, and execution of AI initiatives aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, increasing e-commerce conversion rates, boosting customer retention and CLV, and improving customer experience scores. This role has a primary focus on the Mobile digital customer journey, while also identifying and scaling AI use cases across the broader enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the roadmap for AI-powered digital features and functionalities that enhance the Mobile customer experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases across enterprise functions that align with business goals and directly influence KPIs such as gross adds, e-commerce conversions, retention, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Lead AI product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Partner closely with Data Science and AI teams to validate and refine AI-powered concepts and ensure successful delivery within agile product squads.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and digital specification documents (Digital Specs) for prioritized AI initiatives.
  • Act as the cross-functional lead in collaboration with design, engineering, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless execution of AI features.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify emerging trends in AI relevant to both acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, and results to stakeholders, using data to demonstrate progress toward business metric improvements.

  • Simplified UI/UX aligned with brand standards based on usability research.
  • Integration of AI into the device activation process to streamline user setup.
  • A consistent and intuitive omnichannel billing experience.
  • Refactored account-level roles and permissions for better user control and reduced support needs.
  • A low-friction guest payment experience.
  • A complete mobile app UX overhaul to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • An AI-driven customer support experience, including smart FAQs and support automation.
  • A unified notifications and message center to improve communication and engagement.
  • Personalized offers, promotions, and next best actions to drive loyalty and improve CLV.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a proven record of launching and scaling digital products.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with AI and Data Science teams to deliver machine learning-powered product features.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, customer lifecycle management, and CX strategy.
  • Proven ability to define and execute on a data-informed product vision with a clear connection to core business KPIs.
  • Deep experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Expected to work extended hours when necessary to meet key delivery milestones.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to a Manager, Digital Product Management within the client’s Digital Product organization.
