Technical leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing .Net solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, .Net ecosystem and expertise in MS technologies. The Architect will collaborate with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable .NET and React-based solutions using microservices and micro frontend architecture.
  • Define and optimize architecture for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Develop backend systems and integrations using .Net Core, ASP.Net, Entity Framework, Open Telemetry etc
  • Build modern frontends using React, TypeScript, Vite, and Material UI with state management via Redux Toolkit.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and ensure quality delivery.
  • Establish best practices for deployments, including monitoring, logging, and diagnostics using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
  • Define and enforce security policies and use secure coding practices like use of key vaults for storing sensitive information and implement Role-Based Access Control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Guides and mentors’ other members in team to promote highly technical and self-sufficient teams.
  • Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring adherence to development best practices and modern testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, Vitest, RTL)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years as an Architect.
  • Proficient in .NET ecosystem (.NET Core, ASP.NET, EF Core) and modern React (TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, React Router v6)
  • Experience with microservices, BFF, API-driven development, and DDD.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure SQL and non-relational databases.
  • In depth knowledge of message-based communication using Azure Service Bus.
  • In depth knowledge of Azure cache for Redis and best practices for implementing it in .Net Core Application.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices like usage of Azure DevOps
  • Strong in testing practices: xUnit, Vitest, RTL, and contract testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate or Azure Architect) are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams of up to 15 people.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among diverse teams.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a keen sense of responsibility for delivering results.
