We are seeking a skilled GA4 Developer to implement, manage, and optimize Google Analytics 4 tracking for our eCommerce website. This role is essential in enabling data-driven decisions across marketing, product, and growth teams. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in analytics implementation with business-oriented thinking — someone who understands not just how to collect data, but why it matters to the business. You’ll play a key role in helping us better understand user behavior, optimize performance, and drive online sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure GA4 with Enhanced eCommerce tracking.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of key interactions: product views, add-to-cart, checkout, and purchases.
  • Collaborate with marketing to support campaign tracking, conversion attribution, and customer journey analysis.
  • Maintain a structured and scalable dataLayer.
  • Document all events, variables, and data collection methods clearly.
  • Integrate GA4 data with BigQuery for advanced reporting needs.
  • Proven expertise on Databricks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) .
  • Understanding of Enhanced eCommerce standards and dataLayer management.
  • Familiarity with common eCommerce platforms
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to align tracking strategies to key metrics
  • Experience with server-side tagging or custom analytics setups.
  • Knowledge of Google BigQuery and SQL for querying GA4 data.
  • Previous work experience in a fast-growing eCommerce or digital product company.
  • Proven expertise on Databricks
