Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a skilled  AIEngineer with strong expertise in both conventional and Generative AI models. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building and deploying scalable AI solutions, working with cloud platforms, and leveraging advanced AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI Application using transformers, RAG, and LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT) for NLP and image-related tasks (e.g., OCR, captioning, embeddings).
• Fine-tune and adapt pretrained models for business-specific applications.
• Apply prompt engineering, data augmentation, and model fine-tuning to improve efficiency and performance.
• Build and maintain retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, integrating with text and image knowledge bases.
• Preprocess and normalize large-scale text and image datasets to ensure model readiness.
• Develop and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI/Flask to serve AI models in production.
• Work with Docker/Kubernetes to containerize and scale AI applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI solutions into enterprise workflows.
• Monitor and evaluate deployed models and APIs, providing ongoing improvements based on metrics and user feedback.
• Document processes, pipelines, and solutions for maintainability and reuse.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on NLP and/or computer vision applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, OpenCV, and Pillow.
• Practical knowledge of transformers, RAG, prompt engineering, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, Autogen, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying APIs with FastAPI/Flask, including authentication and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable deployment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
