We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Consultant to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AEM development and architecture, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing AEM solutions. This role requires expertise in content management, AEM components, templates, workflows, integrations, and a keen understanding of digital experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AEM-based web applications, including templates, components, dialogs, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, and backend developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Customize AEM functionalities using Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and other related technologies.
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM, analytics, marketing automation, etc.).
  • Optimize performance and ensure scalability, security, and stability of the AEM platform.
  • Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and support continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and provide ongoing support for deployed AEM solutions.
  • Stay current on AEM and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (6.4 or higher).
  • Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, OSGi, HTL, and Apache Felix.
  • Experience with AEM Forms, Sites, Assets, and Workflows.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular (a plus).
  • Proficient with RESTful APIs and AEM integration with external systems.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
  • Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud suite (Analytics, Target, Launch, etc.) is a plus
