We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, creating new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our client base. Business Developement Specialist will play a crucial role in the sales process by initiating contact with potential customers, nurturing relationships, and passing qualified leads to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target industries.
  • Utilize various tools, databases, and social media platforms for lead identification.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Communicate with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and interest in our products/services.
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media interactions.
  • Craft compelling messaging to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leads through consistent follow-up.
  • Provide relevant information and resources to educate leads about our products/services.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and align lead generation efforts with sales strategies.
  • Ensure seamless transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Developement Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in lead generation or sales development is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory
