Platform Administrator - III

We’re looking for a skilled platform administrator that can lead a platform to a new era of growth.

As a Technician on the Service Management Engineering team, you will be primarily focused on administering, implementing, customizing and integrating enterprise task management systems with a focus on ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence and Aha.  In doing so, you’ll be optimizing process efficiency and contributing to the way we get things done within software engineering, system administration, store operations and beyond.  You’ll be leveraging standard skillsets in complex environments to provide innovative solutions to meet business needs in multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

●     Configure ServiceNow, including but not limited to Catalog Items, Workflows, Flows, Portals, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, Mid Servers, Record Producers, Reports and Performance Analytics 

●     Configure Atlassian products, including but not limited to Jira Workflows, Issue Type Schemes, Field Configurations and Confluence Spaces, Plugins and Permissions 

●     Address application administration requests from end users in the areas of user administration, permissions, reports, configurations, and feature utilization/training

●     Provide solutions to Production bugs, leveraging Incident Management practices

●     Contribute Technical Documentation for all solutions developed, including process/data diagrams and providing comments inline with code

●     Actively contribute and groom the knowledge repository for technical documentation

●     Participate in and support platform version upgrades

●     Perform regression tests against code released into Production

●     Identify performance issues and optimize solutions across the platforms

●     Additional activities as needed

 

Requirements:

●     3+ years of ServiceNow administration/development/implementation experience

●     1+ years of Confluence administration/development/implementation experience

●     1+ years of Jira administration/development/implementation experience

●     3+ years of experience working with JavaScript

●     3+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment.

●     Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, XML, REST, Jelly, etc.)

●     Experience working with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)

●     Experience integrating applications leveraging multiple web service architectures and data markup formats

●     ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred

●     ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred

●     ITIL v3 certification helpful

●     Aha! Roadmaps experience helpful
