Data Analyst - level IV

CONSULTFIZ LATAMa fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC is looking for a Senior Data Analyst. They should be able to communicate insights effectively to build confidence and enable decisions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders on data collection and analysis problems. Apply common statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analysis to answer strategic questions.

  • Provide actionable insights to the business through data analytics and synthesize results into succinct presentations for senior management.

  • Collect data to analyze, execute, and measure operational behavior.

  • Support BI reporting, database production, and ad hoc analysis.

  • Dive deep into complex business problems and provide insights into acquisition and demand patterns through hypothesis testing.

  • Utilize SQL/Python or other relevant statistical tools for data mining and predictive analytics.

  • Maintain Airflow pipelines that ETL data to various sources (S3, MySQL, etc.).

  • Reconcile divergent demands of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience using Python/SQL (or equivalent) programming languages.

  • 7+ years of experience with databases, SQL, data modeling, data mining, and automated engineering solutions.

  • Familiarity with GCP Big Query and Presto is a plus.

  • Proficiency with advanced graphics/visualization software (e.g., MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker).

  • Experience with cloud environments such as AWS and/or GCP.

  • Experience in developing near real-time distributed data processing solutions using Kafka, Flink, Spark, Kubernetes, Airflow, Apache Beam.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with a multitude of teams and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, math, economics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
