We are seeking a Frontend Architect with 8+ years of experience who has deep technical expertise in React and AG Grid and can lead the frontend architecture of complex enterprise-grade web applications. You will play a critical role in defining scalable UI patterns, optimizing performance, and mentoring a team of developers to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead development of robust, high-performance React applications using AG Grid
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture and design patterns
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
  • Design state management strategies using Redux and TypeScript
  • Oversee implementation of testing strategies with Jest and Cypress
  • Lead integration efforts with AWS services and CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, backend, DevOps, and QA teams
  • Mentor junior developers and ensure coding best practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of frontend engineering experience with a strong focus on React
  • Should be flexible to work from 2PM to 11PM PKT
  • Deep hands-on experience with AG Grid and large-scale data presentation
  • Strong command of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Mastery in Redux, testing frameworks, and performance tools
  • Proven experience with AWS and CI/CD integration
  • Expertise in Webpack, Babel, and frontend tooling
  • Passion for clean code, best practices, and team mentorship
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
