We are seeking an experienced Bot Developer (3–5 years) to build and optimize AI-driven conversational solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in modern chatbot frameworks, large language models, and enterprise integrations, with a focus on delivering engaging and intelligent user experiences using cutting-edge AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions using frameworks such as OneReach, open-source bots, Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework, or custom NLP pipelines.
  • Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA) into production-ready chatbot applications and fine-tune them as per business requirements.
  • Build and refine conversational flows on low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Improve intent recognition and response generation for enhanced user experience.
  • Connect chatbots with enterprise systems (CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, third-party platforms) via APIs.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to ensure smooth development and deployment.
  • Ensure all chatbot solutions meet data privacy, compliance, and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with chatbot frameworks (OneReach, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Rasa, Watson Assistant, etc.).
  • Professional experience of 3-5 years.
  • Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
  • Skilled with NLP/NLU tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI API).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience working with vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Experience in multilingual chatbot development.
  • Hands-on knowledge of speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
  • Knowledge of AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) — preferred but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) for chatbot performance tracking.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and LLM guardrails.
