Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with over 4 years of professional experience to work on digital platforms, specializing in web and mobile applications. This role requires to be onsite 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web and app projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA to ensure project alignment.
• Develop technical and functional documentation such as SRS (Software Requirements Specifications) and FSDs (Functional Specification Documents).
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital/web/app environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with working with JIRA
